Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedEmployment-Based Immigration Attorneyto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for employment-based immigration law, exceptional legal expertise, and the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle diverse employment-based cases, develop your expertise, and contribute to a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, R-1, PERM labor certifications, and NIWs.
  • Advise employers and employees on visa options, compliance issues, and strategy.
  • Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documents with USCIS, DOL, and other relevant agencies.
  • Provide clients with clear legal advice on complex immigration matters and ensure they understand their rights and options.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines for a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Stay current with changes in employment-based immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in firm-wide training programs to advance knowledge and expertise in immigration law.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in any state (New York Bar preferred).
  • Prior experience in employment-based immigration law is preferred.
  • Motivated new attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
