<p>We are seeking a Retail Flower Shop Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Talk to customers over phone and in person</li>
<li>Welcome customers and identify their needs</li>
<li>Educate customers about our products and services</li>
<li>Enter and process customer orders on computer</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or issues</li>
<li>Learn basic floral design skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong Typing and Computer entry skills</li>
