Job Description
About the Role
Atlas seeks to address the risks and needs of individuals released on their own recognizance citywide who are at heightened risk of future victimization or justice system involvement. A key difference, however, is that the FF-CM service is focused on creating linkages to existing community resources to facilitate change. To do so, interventionists first engage families into the change process and motivate them to connect to services. The second part of the process involves Supporting and Monitoring families as they participate in services. Finally, interventionists help the families to Generalize gains and new skills by locking in these changes and planning for the future.
