Pay Rate: $40/hrRole OverviewThe Sales Contracts Specialist supports high-volume contracting activities by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard and non-standard sales contracts. This role partners closely with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with company policies while supporting fast-paced sales operations involving Public Health and Department of Defense (DOD) customers.Key Responsibilities• Review, draft, and negotiate sales contracts for Public Health and DOD customers
• Create quotes and prepare a high volume of administrative and contracting documents
• Prepare and support sales proposals, agreements, RFPs, and cross-divisional customer contracts
• Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to support negotiations and ensure policy compliance
• Draft contract provisions and redline Government and Public Health agreements
• Coordinate reviews and inputs from cross-functional teams to complete contract documentation
• Collaborate with Contracts team members to ensure consistent processes and workflow efficiency
• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives within the Contracts department
• Train new hires on contracting guidelines, tools, and processes
• Cross-train to provide backup support to other Contracts Specialists, Analysts, or Administrators
• Support ad hoc projects and other assignments as requestedDaily Activities• High-volume contracts and RFP support requiring quick turnaround times
• Administrative and contracting tasks supporting sales operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce, CLM tools, RFP platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft applicationsRequired Experience:
• Contracts and RFP experience
• Experience supporting Government and Public Health contracts (preferred)Priority Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
