Entech Staffing Solutions Location: Chesterfield, MI
Pay: $17.00 per hour

This is an immediate-start opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Shift Schedule

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Full-time with potential for overtime.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the plant floor and common areas.

Sanitization: Sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe work environment.

Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins as needed.

General Support: Performing other cleaning and organizational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Experience: Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.

Environment: Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant setting (standing, walking, and lifting).

Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to start immediately.
