 &nbsp;Mandatory Experience: 
<ul>
<li>OR RN</li>
<li>10 hr shifts- 4 days/week</li>
<li>Shift 0800-1830 4days a week call required</li>
<li>Operating Room RN</li>
<li>Weekend/ Call Requirements: 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days a month for call requirements, possibly more depending on the need of the department/ Will float to other facilities if needed. Call as needed</li>
<li>&nbsp;Heavy Ortho/Urology/Spine procedures/Robotic</li>
<li>Current Illinois Registered Nurse license</li>
<li>Current CPR/BLS Card</li>
<li>ACLS</li>
<li>ACLS-PALS</li>
