Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Wisconsin SLP license
Valid Wisconsin DPI certification through the Department of Education
SLP-CCC credential required (Clinical Fellows can be confirmed)
Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
Strong assessment, intervention, and progress documentation skills
Ability to work onsite full-time (no remote or virtual options)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students, developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress
Conduct assessments to identify speech or language difficulties and recommend targeted interventions
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Provide consultative support to staff and families regarding speech and language development
Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to interdisciplinary teams
