Mandatory Experience:

<li>Lab Histo Tech</li>
<li>1 year of experience</li>
<li>BLS</li>
<li>Registry as Histology Technician with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience with LIS and HIS computer systems, tissue processor, embedding center, automatic stainer, automated coverslipper, analytic balance, automated microtome, microwave, microscope, telephone, tissue floatation bath, volumetric glassware, cryostat and recycler</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs</li>
