Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility systems. This role ensures compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws.
- Install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and related equipment.
- Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin, and other equipment changes.
- Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
- Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
- Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
- Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
- Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
- Communicate frequently with other departments.
- Adhere to specific job tasks assigned by Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical, troubleshooting, and maintenance technician skills.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and interpret schematics.
- Knowledge in HVAC, blueprint reading, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Understanding of industrial systems, 3-phase power, and maintenance repair.
- Experience with conveyer systems, motors, and installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
- Experience in welding, fabricating, and machine repair.
- Capability to operate blow mold or injection machines.

Work Environment
The role requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands. Employees may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Exposure to moving mechanical parts is common, with fluctuating temperatures inside the plant according to seasonal changes. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
