Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry/Data Analyst to join our Product Management team. This role plays a critical part in providing accurate reporting and insights derived from raw data stored in internal databases. The ideal candidate will be highly meticulous, proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, organize, and analyze raw data to create clear, actionable reports

• Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on key accounts

• Support reporting efforts related to promotions, new product launches, and market tests

• Review internal sales data for completeness and identify potential discrepancies

• Work cross-functionally with other members of the management team to deliver insights and improve processes

• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales data and product performance

• Provide ongoing data support to the Product Management team and other departments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2+ years of administrative or data-related experience, preferably in the food industry

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent data entry and typing skills (minimum 45 WPM)

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with financial analysis is a plus

• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, dependable, and proactive in making process improvement recommendations
