Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician
- Diagnose, research, and resolve endpoint technical issues
- Responsible for deskside and remote support for operating systems, local applications, and access to a server or cloud-based applications
- Utilize, create, and maintain documentation for existing and new systems
- Travel to remote Company business sites as needed
- Configure and support company softphones and telephony systems
- Works on special projects or research as needed.
- Support Cybersecurity tools
- Assist with LAN/WAN management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Knowledge:
- Associate degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of operating systems
- Strong knowledge of M365 and other desktop-based and cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration utilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Current Certification: A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco, Microsoft or ITIL
Experience/Skills:
- One year experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking

- Interest and aptitude for developing Cybersecurity skills
- Must be customer focused and team-oriented
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
