Salary: Starting pay is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Based on experience.

Shift & Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am. Monday-Friday
• Standard 40-hour work weeks with overtime opportunities

Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervision of assigned production associates.
• Daily machine scheduling.
• Responsible for injection molding production and ancillary functions for assigned shift.
• Responsible for all training of assigned production associates.
• Daily auditing.

Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Previous leadership experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
• Knowledge of injection molding and ability to start up and shut down injection molding and ancillary equipment preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
• Working knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good attendance.
