We are seeking passionate, proactive, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced provider or a new graduate eager to build a career in wound care, we offer the training, support, and clinical resources needed to help you succeed.

Position Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Advanced Wound Care, you will provide comprehensive wound assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize advanced wound healing technologies, including UltraMIST® Therapy, to deliver exceptional patient care in post-acute care settings.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement individualized wound prevention and treatment plans.
  • Utilize UltraMIST Therapy and other advanced wound care modalities to promote healing and prevent wound deterioration.
  • Identify patients appropriate for preventive interventions and advanced therapies.
  • Perform wound assessments, measurements, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy teams, and facility leadership regarding wound prevention strategies and patient outcomes.
  • Educate facility staff on pressure injury prevention, skin integrity protocols, and wound care best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on reducing facility-acquired pressure injuries and avoidable hospitalizations.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
  • ANCC or AANP Board Certification.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned territories, including:
    • Brooklyn
    • Queens
    • Bronx
    • Westchester
    • Long Island

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWS, CWOCN, WOCN, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in wound care, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings.
  • New graduates with a strong interest in wound care are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & BenefitsFull-Time Compensation

  • $160,000 Annual Base Salary
