Your Impact

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a critical role in helping residents regain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their highest level of function.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans

• Implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize independence

• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Completing accurate and timely documentation

• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants

• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning

• Collaborating with nursing, therapy, and medical teams

• Supporting departmental quality initiatives and resident-centered programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist License

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
