Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee clinical services and therapeutic programs for preschool-aged children with disabilities
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and document child progress, clinical outcomes, and service delivery records
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clinical staff, families, and external service providers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in early childhood development
- Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions
- Support intake processes and coordinate evaluations for new enrollments
Requirements:
- Master's degree and professional license in Speech Pathology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a clinical coordination, case management, or fpreschool special education
- Knowledge of early childhood development, special education, and/or therapeutic services
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse families
- Familiarity with NYS regulations and compliance standards for early childhood special education programs preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach to care
