Quality Pro Services is seeking a seasoned, revenue-producing Service Technician to join our growing team in South Charlotte. Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience who can diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a performance-driven role for technicians who are confident, dependable, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and service customer systems efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers and recommend appropriate solutions
- Consistently generate revenue through ethical repairs and upgrades
- Maintain professional appearance, work habits, and documentation
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and best practices
- Represent Quality Pro Services with integrity and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of service technician experience
- Proven track record as a revenue-producing technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Military service background (strongly encouraged)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Experience working in residential and/or commercial service environments
