Location: Onsite, four days per week – Kohler, WI
Opportunity:
Kohler Co. is seeking Intern candidates for a General\nLegal Intern position. The General Legal\nIntern will work with a variety of Kohler’s in-house attorneys performing a\nvariety of matters spanning multiple practice areas, including commercial\ncontract review, legal research, real estate, privacy, and general legal\nsupport for Kohler’s various business groups and enterprise functions.
The General Legal Intern may also provide support on\ncertain intellectual property projects, including various patent, trademark, and\ncopyright issues; compliance projects; and Labor and Employment issues,\nincluding union negotiations and employment disputes, and counseling HR and\nbusiness leaders across all aspects of labor and employment law.
Kohler offers a unique internship opportunity with the\nability for interns to get a first-hand look at in-house counsel work,\nincluding working directly with a variety of internal business partners.

Skills/Requirements
\n \n
Qualified candidates must have completed a minimum of one (1) year of law school prior to starting their internship and have an interest in the practice of law within a global and diverse company. Preferred candidates are in the top 1/3 of their class.
