Job Summary: Harnish Auto Family is looking for an experienced Express Service Advisor who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Greet and assist customers in the Express Service lane.
- Write repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
- Provide updates and follow up throughout the service visit.
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from check-in to checkout.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
- Help drive customer retention through exceptional service and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required.
- Express service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using dealership software and technology.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full Time, minimum 40 hours per week. May include weekends, holidays, bells, back-to-back shifts, early openings, and late closing. Schedule maintained and approved by Service Manager.
