Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly plus tips
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, maintaining a seamless flow from opening to closing.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, ensuring we never run out of guest favorites while minimizing waste.
- Drive sales targets by implementing creative strategies and promotions that resonate with our guests.
- Ensure all brand and safety standards are met, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, enhancing the guest experience every time they visit us.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a relevant retail or food and beverage environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and basic financial/math skills.
- Certifications: Food safety (ServeSafe).
