Technical Solutions Delivery Director, Americas

Our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, is looking for a Solutions Delivery Director, Americas, to manage and oversee the successful delivery of cybersecurity products, projects and services to their clients in North and South America. This is a Leadership role with 3 team leads and 20 Project Management and Technical Delivery team members.

Remote – East Coast and Central time zones only.

Compensation: OTE $180K - $200K, Comprehensive Health Benefits, 401K, Stock Options, Unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery and deployment (the implementation from pre-sales to full production) of cyber security professional services solutions to customers in the Americas.
• Provides leadership and management of Project Management and Technical Delivery teams. Direct management of 3 team leaders and 17 employees.
• Performs key leadership duties for the creation and implementation of continuous improvement of policies.
• Creates consistent messaging via documentation and marketing collateral for PS capabilities and use of PS for product ROI and value proposition.
• Acts as a trusted partner to strategically position and identify new opportunities to deliver services.
• Work closely with account teams to help customers gain business value and high satisfaction from using the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management and SaaS service delivery
• Proven leadership of technical delivery teams as well as experience managing global cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise clients and complex environments (in IT, software, cybersecurity sectors)
• Strong program/project management skills
• Client relationship management – ability to build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
• Operational excellence – process optimization, delivery metrics, SLAs, KPIs
• Leadership & people management – hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Second level management of Project Managers, Professional Services Engineers, Architects (manages managers / team leads).
• Risk management – identifying and mitigating delivery risks

Education, Certifications and Tools:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL (for service delivery focus)
• Project management tools experience with Rocketlane and MS Project
• CRM tools experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Collaboration tools experience with Confluence and Teams
