X3 is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician for commercial work in the Manhattan/Bronx area of New York City. If you've got 4+ years under your belt and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Manhattan/Bronx, NY
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures
- Complete installations on commercial jobsites
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 5 years of HVAC experience (intermediate to experienced level)
- Commercial or industrial background preferred
- Reliable transportation and own basic hand tools
- Strong communication skills and safe work habits
- Ability to pass a drug screen, I-9, and E-Verify
