Granite Comfort is looking for a Website & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our digital presence. This is a high-impact role where creativity meets technical skill—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of UX, web development, SEO, and digital marketing. As the owner of our web platforms, you’ll lead the redesign, updates, and optimization of our websites, while managing blog content (WordPress), digital tools, SEO strategy, and web performance analytics. You’ll partner cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and vendors to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a hands-on builder with front-end coding skills, marketing savvy, and a collaborative spirit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Lead the management, redesign, and day-to-day updates of our websites, ensuring performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Oversee our blog and landing pages in WordPress—supporting timely content updates and technical integrations.
• Own SEO strategy: from technical audits and metadata optimization to structured data and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with marketers, content providers, and developers to build high-converting landing pages, optimize UX flows, and launch integrated campaigns.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and propose ways to responsibly test and adopt them.
• Design and produce web assets that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.
• Implement and manage marketing scripts and tracking through Google Tag Manager and support other integrations.
• Monitor web and campaign performance using Google Analytics; build dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, security, and industry-specific digital standards.
• Evaluate digital tools, manage third-party vendors, and support CMS transitions or enhancements as needed.
• Contribute to the broader marketing strategy by supporting digital advertising initiatives and A/B testing ideas to improve results.


WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of experience in digital or marketing design, website management, or digital strategy roles and must live in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
• Strong portfolio of Webflow and/or CMS-based design and development work.
• You’re not just a website manager—you think like a digital strategist, and you’re curious about the future of the web, including how AI is reshaping it.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; able to troubleshoot and implement code as needed.
• Experienced with technical SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid search platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, UX, and brand alignment.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing cross-functional projects.
• Bonus if you have experience in a home service industry.
• Bonus if familiar with ADA web compliance and digital marketing in a multi-location service-based business.


WITHIN YOUR FIRST YEAR, YOU’LL:
• Fully own and optimize the Granite Comfort brands’ websites with a clear connection to traffic, SEO, and conversion KPIs.
• Launch new landing pages and campaign content in coordination with marketing and demand gen teams.
• Build scalable systems and reusable components in CMS for long-term growth.
• Take a leadership role in refining our digital strategy and evolving our brand’s visual and technical web presence.
