Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and manage daily office flow
- Schedule patients and manage care plans and paperwork
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling and questions
- Keep patient flow moving efficiently throughout the office
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist doctors with patient care during exams and therapies when needed
Experience Requirements
- Prior EMR/EHR experience required
- Previous medical or healthcare office experience required
- Strong customer service background
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy (preferred)
- Experience with social media or marketing (a plus)
⏱ Work Schedule
- Some evening shifts required
- Occasional weekend hours
