Position Overview

Evexia Metabolic Health and Longevity Clinic is seeking two professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and elevated experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a calm and polished presence.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Manage the information e-mail box and respond to patient emails
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
• Distribute proper labs and supplements to patients

Administrative & Insurance Duties

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Accurately enter and update insurance information in patient files
• Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
• Print documents, forms, and educational materials as needed

Financial Responsibilities

• Collect patient payments (copays, services, packages, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions

Clinic Operations

• Open and close the clinic according to established procedures
• Restock front desk and supply closet as needed
• Monitor and track inventory levels
• Assist with general clinic organization and workflow support

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience working with insurance and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer systems
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Part-time position (on-site in Edina, MN)
• • Position one: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm OR
  • Position two: Monday 12pm - 6pm, Tuesday - Thursday 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Hourly Rate

• $17.00/hr
