Qualifications\n

- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
- Qualifications must be met at time of appointment
