Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team in overseeing and executing retail projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating various project activities, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and assisting in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of retail projects
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Prepare and manage project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on status
- Assist with budget management and scheduling
- Support the project manager in preparing RFI's and other project-related documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the commercial sector
- Familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff software
- Strong understanding of RFI processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
