This role supports manufacturing operations through advanced technical troubleshooting, including PLC systems, robotics, AGV systems, and industrial equipment maintenance. Pay: $25.25 per hour
Shift: First shift with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (training on second shift may be required)
Second shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime: Saturdays as needed for projects
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for production and equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, robot, and AGV systems
• Complete work orders and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
• Support machine programming, setup, and optimization as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures

• Ability to work overtime with short notice
• Ability to wear a respirator (half-mask or PAPR when required)

Education & Experience
• 3+ years of PLC programming experience (required)
• Experience with Fanuc robots or Ignition systems (preferred; training available)
• Experience in automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance is a plus
• 1+ year of Lean Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
