Job Description

Job Purpose:

The System Engineer role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both infrastructure and application systems. This position ensures reliable network operations, secure system management, and high availability across cloud and on-prem environments. It involves collaboration with IT, IS, and Security teams to support enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • System Engineering and Maintenance (50%)

Example: Administer servers, Azure services, M365, and network infrastructure ensuring uptime and compliance.

  • Application and Platform Administration (25%)

Example: Manage Power Platform, Dynamics, Procore, Smartsheet, etc, and integrations ensuring business continuity.

  • Project Implementation (15%)

Example: Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.

  • Documentation and Automation (10%)

Example: Develop and maintain SOPs, automate processes using PowerShell or Power Automate.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and data backup technologies

Bonus Points:

  • Certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or LMS systems.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)

Pay Range: $85,440 - $96,120/year
