$15–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Apply pit and fissure sealants
- Take dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
- Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
- Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- A proactive, patient-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking candidates, are strongly encouraged to apply
Schedule
30 to 35 hours per week
We offer a split-shift schedule to provide variety and flexibility:
- Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Example schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; every other Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
