Job DescriptionBETTOLA is seeking hospitality professionals for
Pay: $19.18 per hour + tips
Schedule: Open availability preferred. Required to work weekends and most major holidays.
We are seeking a friendly, energetic Maître d' ' to join our team in San Francisco. As the first point of contact, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests, manage reservations, and help keep service running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests

Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system

Provide accurate wait times and maintain an organized waitlist

Answer phones, assist with takeout orders, and provide menu information

Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area

Support servers and managers during peak times

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines per California law
Qualifications:
-
Customer service or restaurant experience preferred (Host, Hostess, Greeter, Front Desk, Receptionist)

Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs

Must be authorized to work in the United States
