Join our team as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our facility running smoothly and safely. This full-time position offers consistent hours, hands-on work, and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Location: Whitestown, IN
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM - 11 PM
- $25/hour
Essential Duties
- Maintain and repair building systems and equipment (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration)
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- Manage space layout and organization, including floor plans and signage
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and temperature logs
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Capable of managing multiple projects independently and as part of a team
- Reliable time management skills
- Understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration systems
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Experience with conveyor systems and preventive maintenance
