Automotive Technician
Compensation: $83,200–$119,500 per year + bonuses
Schedule: No nights or weekends! Early Friday clock-out bonus

We’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards. What You’ll Do
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using scan tools and other diagnostic equipment.
- Identify current and potential mechanical or electrical issues.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate accurate repair recommendations.
- Complete high-quality repairs following manufacturer and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure consistent, top-tier results.
- Maintain detailed repair records and meet deadlines for completed work.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of a vocational or postsecondary automotive program (preferred)
- ASE Certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on shop experience in automotive repair
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, and a wide range of hand tools
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for quality workmanship
