California based third party property management firm is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager to manage a single building in the Hollywood area. Great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Regional Manager to continue to develop and grow!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting tenants with questions and concerns
- Handling work orders and communicating those to the Engineer
- Communicating with vendors and scheduling preventative maintenance
- Following up on past-due or short-paid rent
- Showing space with brokers and prospective tenants
- Coordinating tenant appreciation events
- Managing tenant and vendor compliance documents
- Coding invoices
- Creating budgets and generating variance reports
- Identifying potential property costs to work into the budget in the future
- Creating CAM's according to leases and explaining costs to tenants
- Ensuring tenants are satisfied
- Visiting tenants to understand current and future needs
- Communicating with brokers
- Managing renewals
- Overseeing any TI or CapEx projects
Desired Skills:
- Strong people skills
- Willing to suggest innovative ideas to manage spaces and promote tenant satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task
Must Have:
- 4+ years of commercial property management experience, Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager
- CA Real Estate license - either completed or in process
- MS Office - intermediate to advanced
- MRI or Yardi experience
