Job Title: Configuration Data Analyst / Provider Data Analyst /Application Solutions Delivery

Data Management & Validation
- Collect and consolidate data from Care Organizations and multiple source systems
- Prepare and format data for system ingestion
- Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies across systems
- Partner with data cleansing teams to define and execute data quality improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Care Organizations to streamline data collection and updates
- Engage cross-functional teams across operations and delivery organizations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Implementation & Configuration
- Support pre- and post-implementation activities for application deployments
- Configure software systems based on organizational requirements
- Ensure system configurations align with business and operational needs
Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing data ingestion and collection processes
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
- Proactively research and close knowledge gaps in functional areas
Ongoing Support
- Maintain and update data in compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with teams before and after implementation to define requirements
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting end-users of technology (including implementation activities)
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve data-related issues
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong client focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on the provider network side of healthcare
- Experience in a cross-matrixed organizational environment
