Now Hiring – Property Management Professionals
Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join property management teams across the Twin Cities. If you are committed to resident service, teamwork, and supporting successful apartment communities, we want to hear from you.

Open Positions:

Property Managers
Lead daily operations of apartment communities, manage budgets, ensure compliance, supervise staff, oversee leasing and resident services, and drive occupancy and property performance.

Assistant Property Managers
Support daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions to ensure smooth community operations.

Leasing Consultants / Leasing Agents
Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, process applications, prepare lease documents, and provide strong customer service and community support.

Maintenance Technicians
Perform repairs, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and work orders, troubleshoot building systems, and collaborate with vendors to maintain a safe, well-operated community.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, leasing, or maintenance preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
