This on-site role in the United States leads front-end engineering efforts across product teams to ship polished, maintainable web interfaces.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and architect front-end solutions for complex web applications—drive component architecture, state management, and performance trade-offs.
- Own delivery for UI features end-to-end: translate designs into production-ready React components, integrate with APIs, and ensure cross-browser responsiveness.
- Establish and enforce front-end best practices: coding standards, component libraries, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing on-site front-end team—conduct code reviews, hiring interviews, and technical career development.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to define requirements, estimate work, and remove technical blockers.
- Drive accessibility, security, and performance optimizations—measure impact and implement continuous improvements.
