We are a Commercial Residential Property Management Firm in MD and DC and we are looking for a full time Cleaner for our property maintanence contracts. Most cleaning work will be of the common areas in our buildings.

Requirments and Responsibilities:

• Need Reliable transportation to and inbetween buildings
• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment and inventory

How we will be evaluating our next hire:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Position is a 1099 contractractor and we pay $18.75-25.00 per hour based on experience and effectivness with room to grow into a leadership position if you are a good fit.

We are growing as a company and are looking for long term core team players who align with our long term vision.

Need to be willing to work alone, self starter, and complete cleaning schedule tickets in a proficient manner at a quick pace while working around resident schedules. Customer service and productivity/efficiency are top priorities as well as quality of work.
