What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Shop: Manage daily workflow, dispatch work orders to technicians, and oversee repair progress.
• Expert Consulting: Build long-term customer relationships through transparent, honest communication and professional service recommendations.
• Drive Growth: Help scale the service department by maximizing shop capacity and ensuring peak customer satisfaction.
