What You’ll Do
As a Saltwater Aquarium Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and beauty of our clients’ aquatic ecosystems. Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing routine maintenance on saltwater aquariums, including cleaning, water testing, and equipment checks.
- Monitoring the health of aquatic life and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assisting with the design, setup, and installation of custom aquarium systems.
- Educating clients on proper care practices to maintain thriving aquatic environments.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with aquarium systems and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for marine life and has the skills to match. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with saltwater aquariums or in a related field.
- Knowledge of aquatic life care, water chemistry, and aquarium equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, as well as work on-site at client locations.
