We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in producing quality work. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

If you're looking for a company where your work matters, your teammates have your back, and you're treated with respect—we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you'll manufacture high-quality rubber components used in dairy equipment worldwide. You'll operate molding presses, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring rubber injection mold presses
  • Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Trimming, grinding, and finishing molded parts
  • Following work instructions and safety procedures
  • Recording production information accurately
  • Keeping your work area clean and organized
  • Working closely with teammates to keep production moving
  • Assisting other departments as needed

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience—we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.

We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Reliable and dependable

✔ Safety-conscious

✔ Detail-oriented

✔ Willing to learn

✔ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required. We'll train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for the entire shift, frequent use of hands, and occasional lifting of more than 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
