Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Mitel MiVB Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and maintain unified communication systems for our clients. This role requires expertise in Mitel UC technologies, including cloud-based, premise-based, and traditional telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in advanced applications, hardware, and software, combined with excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage onsite and remote unified communications systems, including Mitel UC technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop and server operating systems.
• Implement UC solutions at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Maintain and support UC servers, gateways, endpoints, and applications.
• Collaborate with communication service providers to order, install, and resolve issues with voice and data services.
• Monitor system alerts and resolve issues using remote monitoring tools and service tickets.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery solutions for unified communications systems.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for UC systems and processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on incidents, outages, and system changes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and responsive service.• At least 5 years of experience in unified communications and VoIP systems.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong knowledge of Mitel systems, VoIP protocols, and unified communication technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts, desktop/server operating systems, firewalls, and IT security.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
