Compensation: $50,000-$75,000

Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join our lending team. Reporting directly to the Director of Lending, you will play a critical role in the commercial lending cycle by providing essential clerical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Processing: Manage the administrative workflow for commercial loans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Complex Transactions: Navigate sophisticated loan structures and assignments with a high degree of precision.
- Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the underwriting team and the closing department to move packages efficiently through the pipeline.
- Customer Excellence: Provide prompt and professional communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Record Management: Maintain organized loan files, ensuring all underwriting packages and closing documents meet bank standards.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Proven track record in commercial loan processing, including deep familiarity with loan documentation and underwriting packages.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial closing and processing lifecycle.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing community-focused customer service.
