Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability strategies and programs.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend solutions.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs and technologies.
- Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on Design for Reliability (DfR) for new equipment, processes, and capital projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in asset uptime, availability, and operational efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis for reliability data (e.g., Weibull analysis).
- Experience utilizing CMMS/EAM systems for asset management and data interpretation.
Bonus Qualifications
- CMRP or CRL certification.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or R for statistical modeling.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with IoT platforms or AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance.
