As a national youth sports performance brand, we specialize in training and coaching athletes ages 8 - 18 years old, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Associate to be a welcoming and organized presence in our facility.
Your Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our athletes and members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Tasks: Managing membership reporting, facilitating point-of-sale transactions, and performing other essential administrative duties.
- Customer Interaction: Checking in athletes for their training sessions, addressing member inquiries, and providing friendly support.
- Organizational Duties: Keeping the front desk area organized, maintaining cleanliness, and handling light custodial responsibilities.
What You’ll Need

- Experience in Customer Service: Proven ability to interact positively and professionally with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Competence in managing multiple tasks effectively and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- Passion for Sports and Fitness: A strong enthusiasm for the athletic and fitness industry that enhances your role.
- Friendly Attitude: A welcoming and approachable demeanor that makes every visitor feel valued.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a total of 3 to 5 days per week with the following hours:
- Monday through Friday – Generally, 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm, 3 – 5 days per week
- Saturdays – Generally, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm, required
- No College Degree Required: We value dedication and a positive attitude over formal education.

About Redline Athletics - Farmington Hills
Redline Athletics – Farmington Hills is a 14,500-square-foot sports performance training facility located at 24800 N. Industrial Drive in Farmington Hills, MI. Our center includes a 4,500-square-foot indoor turf field, a full-length batting cage, a full basketball court with a volleyball court, and a state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training for our athlete population ages 8 to 18 years old, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instruction, team training, and sport-specific training for youth athletes.
Our training programs offer clients the ability to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enjoyable training environment. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be an advocate of the Redline Athletics brand and assist the owners and Director of Sports Performance with general management, business development, and operations.
Responsibilities of this position include providing excellent customer service at all times, thorough knowledge of membership, member benefits, and resources; member retention through outstanding interpersonal communication; and extensive outreach and marketing skills.
