Our service department is extremely busy and has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive service advisor or writer. We have been a family owned and operated business for 40 years.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and check in their vehicle for repair.
- Communicate with technician on the progress of the customer's vehicle.
- Provide updates to the customer on the status of their vehicle.
- Provide guidance to the customer on the process of the auto repair or maintenance process.
- Advise customer on the recommended/needed service and cost for repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Service Advisor Requirements:
- A team player who is focused on providing above industry standard customer service.
- Professional business attire.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills & detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Automotive dealership experience required.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- One year service advisor experience in the automotive industry preferred.
