Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a Temp-To-Hire role with no on-call shifts and no weekends? We’re growing our Property Management team and want you on board! Enjoy Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM hours with weekly pay.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Turn vacant units to prepare for new residents
• Maintain property grounds to ensure safety and curb appeal
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Manage materials and supply inventory
• Use your expertise in:
• • Plumbing: sink/shower/toilet repair, fixture replacement, unclogging drains
  • Electrical: fixture/switch replacement, rewiring when needed, following safety protocols
  • Carpentry: patch holes, replace doors/locks, hang cabinetry, light painting
  • Appliances: install or repair W&D, stoves, garbage disposals, and other small appliances

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous residential maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or private homes)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to handle physical tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Bonus Skills: HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications
