Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Unclog mainlines and repair/replace toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and fixtures</li>
<li>General maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, roofing, and light electrical work</li>
<li>Respond to tenant work orders and maintain high property standards</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:

<li>At least 3 years of experience in plumbing or maintenance</li>
<li>Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and your own tools</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
