Viti Automotive Group, a top luxury automotive dealership, is excited to welcome applications for our Service Advisor position! RESPONSIBILITIES:

Book detailed service appointments for new and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with the client base to keep them informed of the progress of their service and ensure we meet and/or exceed their expectations.
Ability to ethically promote preventative services
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Present yourself with a professional demeanor and presentation for customer-facing clients.
Become a cohesive member of our team to contribute to top-performing CSI standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently through time management.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
