Job Description

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Fresno, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pediatric hospice caseload
  • Conduct 4–5 home visits per day
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary hospice care plans
  • Provide symptom and pain management
  • Deliver family and caregiver education and emotional support
  • Document care in NetSmart charting system

Requirements

  • Active California Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum 2 years pediatric nursing experience
    • PICU, NICU, Pediatric Acute Care, Oncology, or Hospice
  • Hospice or case management experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
