LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Fresno, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Manage pediatric hospice caseload
- Conduct 4–5 home visits per day
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Coordinate interdisciplinary hospice care plans
- Provide symptom and pain management
- Deliver family and caregiver education and emotional support
- Document care in NetSmart charting system
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 2 years pediatric nursing experience
- PICU, NICU, Pediatric Acute Care, Oncology, or Hospice
- Hospice or case management experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
