Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Warrensville Heights, OH
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3×12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week

Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate

Local: $55 - $60/hr (Based on Experience)
Traveler: $60 - $64/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide Med/Surg Telemetry care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and support individualized patient care.

Required Qualifications

Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ASN required, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Monitor telemetry patients and interpret cardiac rhythms.
Administer medications and provide Med/Surg nursing interventions.
Document patient care according to hospital standards.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Float within Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed while caring for the same patient population.
